Farm-To-Fork

At Webber Restaurant Group, we are strong believers in the Farm-to-Fork movement and we strive to use local farms for as much of our sourcing as possible for all our businesses.  Yes, it is better for the environment because food doesn’t get shipped around the globe.  Yes, it’s healthier because we’re not exposing you to pesticides and other chemicals.  And yes, it benefits the community to support our local farmers.  But more than anything else, we believe that New England produce, in season, is simply a superior product in terms of taste and freshness.  It can’t be beat.

The main source of our produce in season comes from our own Gibbet Hill Farm, located in Groton, MA.  To view this year’s harvest calendar, click here.  We also have extensive relationships throughout the farming community that we use to access a broader list of local ingredients.
